What is Brazilian jiu-jitsu?
It is a ground based self defence martial art. At the club we learn a bit of wrestling, take downs and throws along with one session of boxing.
How much do I have to pay?
It is £35 if you under 16 and £50 otherwise
For the first session, shorts and t-shirt. Bring a bottle of water and a small hand towel. Bring a spare t-shirt to get changed in as well if possible.
What is the culture at the club
It is a very friendly place, where you have fun, improve your confidence and fitness. You can expect a family vibe and your safety is paramount. Everyone is accomodating and provide you with positive advice in jiu jitsu and life in general.

What age can I join the club?
Anyone over 13 years old
The club is pretty small located at the back of my house. It is in Goodmayes and has good transport links with train (Elizabeth line) or bus services.
