The club offers the opportunity to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and general self-defence. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu provides the best form of ground based martial art with various techniques, such as armbars, chokes, leg locks amongst others – see links in videos of famous Brazilian jiu jitsu and MMA practitioners for what you can achieve. In a very short time you will clearly see the transformation this sport will provide you.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu also offers the opportunity to build foundations for good Mixed Martial Arts skills. Use the skills learned to improve your body, mind and spirit, thus increasing your overall confidence.​ The biggest advantage is the size of the groups being small, it allows for a focused training​ to ensure efficient and effective learning.
