Our journey started in 2021 with a vision to ensure jiu-jitsu is affordable and accessible to all. After starting in a small space at the back of my house, we have since grown and now train at a large hall at the Ilford Sports Club (near Issac Newton School)

Redbridge Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a friendly Jiu jitsu club bringing community spirit to learn an applicable self defence martial art. Our club is dedicated to providing a welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels, from beginners to advanced. We believe in the power of Brazilian Jiu jitsu to transform lives by bringing people together, raising confidence and making friends in the process, all whilst being in a supportive environment built around safe coaching
